We combine hands-on operational expertise, advanced real estate education, and a disciplined engineering approach — balancing asset preservation, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation for every property we manage.

Founder
Story

Founded by Alexander Ragozin. Before entering Real Estate, our founder earned a Master of Science in Engineering (M.Eng) — building a foundation in systems thinking, risk assessment, and operational discipline that shapes how RA Houses approaches every property today.

 

After moving to Miami in 2014, he built a career across hospitality, short-term rentals, and condominium operations — working closely with Eskape Collection, one of Miami Beach’s premier boutique hotel operators, managing and growing their portfolio across South Beach. He went on to complete a Master of Science in International Real Estate at Florida International University (go Panthers!) — deepening expertise in real estate finance, development, and investment analysis.

 

Today, he holds an M.Eng, an MSIRE, and active Florida CAM and Real Estate licenses — a combination that bridges technical rigor with hands-on property expertise.
